MONOCOAT E255 FIVE GALLON PAIL

Mono-Coat® E255 is a semi-permanent, solvent-based release system for molding operations. The system provides a non-transferring, abrasion resistant release film with a high degree of slip and, high-temperature stability. It contains no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). Mono-Coat® E255 is a water-thin liquid that is readyto-use as shipped. The release system becomes functional after cure. The release film is micro-thin and stable. Mono-Coat® E255 adheres to the mold surface and provides multiple releases with virtually no transfer to molded parts. This product minimizes buildup on the molds when applied according to instructions.
