BETASEAL X2500 Plus

Is a two-component polyurethane adhesive for glass and structural bonding applications. It is a high-viscosity, nonconductive adhesive, which cures almost independently of moisture.

X2500 Plus requires the use of MMD equipment and has a slightly higher cost per linear inch, but the product's versatility opens the door for many potential cost-saving changes.

The process time for most standard 1-part products can range from one to several hours, depending on environmental conditions at the time of application. X2500 Plus is all about speed of cure, reducing that hour-long wait to a matter of minutes, creating a high-strength cure in a fraction of the time. Consistency of Cure Time

Seasons change, and so does cure time. At least with 1-part products it does. X2500 Plus has been proven to have consistent cure times despite changes in environment and weather - no need for dedicated or climate-controlled work spaces for curing. Which leads us to another benefit...

WIP Savings

X2500 Plus allows for condensed work spaces, and frees up any dedicated spaces for climate-controlled curing. Add in the significantly faster process times, and product can move faster. Time is money after all.

 2-part solutions require MMD equipment, and it's likely the materials cost per linear inch will be higher; however, the potential WIP savings and increased throughput far outweigh the initial investment in equipment and slightly higher cost of material.
